1) The $20 AYSO Membership Fee (formerly known as the National Player Fee) is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is an annual member fee to participate in AYSO. Membership in AYSO is required for each Membership Year (8/1 - 7/31) before a member may participate in any AYSO program or event. This fee entitles the member to all benefits for that membership year, including the Soccer Accident Insurance.
2) The $2.75 Sports Connect Transaction/Service Fee is also non-refundable. This fee is assessed by Sports Connect on each checkout transaction and is charged to cover the cost of AYSO using the Sports Connect platform.
3) The late registration fee assessed on an order, if applicable, is nonrefundable.
4) Full refunds of Regional Registration Fees will not be considered once uniforms are ordered for the season. At this point, teams have been formed and field expenses have been incurred in anticipation of each player's participation. A minimum Season Fee will be deducted from each refund request received, even if no practices and/or games have taken place.
5) A partial refund of Regional Registration Fees paid may be considered within the first two weeks of the season, minus the Season Fee and prorated administrative fees.
6) After the first game of the season, the Regional Board may not consider player fee refunds unless special circumstances warrant consideration. The special circumstances request must be presented to the regional board in writing.
7) All refunds must be requested in writing, and a self addressed stamped envelope provided in order to return the fee if circumstances do not permit the refund to be made electronically.
